    1ORDER:
    Orders begin being processed once the economic quotation process is complete, an agreement has been reached, and the client submits the document related to the confirmation of the project’s assignment, exact details of the project, the desired delivery time, the payment method, and any other terms that we need to be aware of before initiating the project.
    2CONSTRUCTION:
    All constructions - with materials supplied by us or by the client - are carried out according to the agreement, either on our premises or at the client's location (on-site construction).
    3PLAN-DESIGN:
    Our capability of project design extends up to the pre-design stage. If a design (static) or building permit is required, it can be provided by our experienced collaborators. The cost of designs constitutes an extra charge which is always in agreement with the client.
    4INSTALLATION:
    The installation of constructions is carried out by us (if agreed so) unless other specialized professionals are required for any reason.
    5TRANSPORT:
    The transport of constructions is handled by us or the client depending on the agreement.
    6WARRANTY:
    Our company offers a warranty for proper operation, provided the constructions are used correctly and undergo proper maintenance. Continuous support is provided after project delivery (upon agreement).
    7MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS:
    Apart from constructions, maintenance and repairs-modifications are key to our work. We have the ability to assist the client at any place any time as deemed necessary.
    8PAYMENT METHODS:
    Payments are always made according to an agreement with the client. Typically, there is an advance payment, an interim payment, and the final payment at the end of the project. Payments are made via a bank deposit or check (personal or bank).
    9PROJECTS ABROAD:
    We are able to undertake constructions, maintenance, or repairs abroad if requested.
